Root + Veil partners with Mindful Therapy Group (MTG) to provide administrative support for Jennifer’s clinical therapy services, including insurance billing, payment processing, client onboarding, and access to the client portal and related technology. Jennifer provides your therapy through Root + Veil, while Mindful Therapy Group supports the administrative side of clinical care.

For new therapy clients: Prospective clients should first contact Jennifer through Root + Veil to discuss availability and fit. Once you and Jennifer have decided to move forward, Mindful Therapy Group will help complete the onboarding process and schedule your initial appointment.

For established therapy clients: Once care is established, Jennifer manages her own schedule. Current clients should contact Jennifer directly for routine scheduling or appointment changes. Jennifer manages her ongoing schedule directly. To schedule additional appointments or make changes to an existing appointment, clients should contact Jennifer. Cancellations may be communicated to either Jennifer, Mindful Therapy Group, or through the MTG client portal.

Questions related to insurance billing, payments, or access to the client portal should be directed to Mindful Therapy Group. 

Mindful Therapy Group is not involved in Root + Veil’s non-clinical services, including non-clinical counseling, case management, and professional consultation. These services are arranged and managed directly through Root + Veil.

These services are private pay and are not billed to health insurance. Payment and billing information will be provided directly by Jennifer when services are arranged.
